Appointments & Walk-ins • We recommend scheduling an appointment to guarantee your desired time. • Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. • Please arrive on time; if you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule. 2. Cancellations & No-shows • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. • No-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. 3. Health & Safety • Your health and safety are our top priority. All tools and equipment are sterilized after each use. • Please notify us of any allergies or health conditions before your appointment. 4. Refunds & Service Adjustments • All services are non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with the result, please let us know within 72 hours so we can offer adjustments. • Products purchased in-store are non-refundable but may be exchanged if unopened and returned within 7 days. 5. Children & Guests • For safety and comfort, children must be supervised at all times. • We kindly ask that only clients receiving services stay in the treatment area to avoid disruptions. 6. Payment & Gratuity • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. • Gratuity is appreciated but not required and can be given in cash or added to your payment. 7.
